We are a privately owned independent estate agency established in 1992. Our offices are in a prominent position just a stone’s throw from Eastbourne Railway Station.

We offer a full range of estate agency services, including residential sales, residential lettings and commercial agency. For those wishing to acquire investment properties, we are pleased to offer a consultancy service. We can advise on suitable properties for your needs and assist you in your search for them. Naturally, we are able to give comprehensive guidance on rental values and help you select the appropriate tenants.

Independent financial advice is available through our association with Simon Hoadley Financial Services. We have teamed up with local family owned solicitors Mullaney & Co to offer Home Information Packs, which can also include conveyancing in an inclusive package if required.

As well as local coverage, we are also able to promote your property through our associated offices in South East London and North Kent and, of course, the internet.
